    I packed weight on in the run up to Xmas, booze and food then lost half a stone through flu that started NYD, that turned to sinus infection, only just starting to feel better but not up to getting back on the bike (not missed much as its been frozen every morning, club runs cancelled 2 weeks running). I'm usually 12'10 summer, aiming for a couple of pounds under, could be sooner than anticipated at this rate. It will be interesting to see how it goes when I'm back commuting and club runs, hopefully I can keep some discipline whilst satisfying my apetite. I was getting evening ( 9-10pm) cravings for peanut butter and chocolate spread!

    My five days away only resulted in a gain of 0.1kg, so that's a relief. no exercise through the week, but managed a Parkrun in the freezing cold yesterday.

    Finding the willpower to restart the 18/6 regime was hard though.

    Post ride. post pi$$, post dump butt naked weigh in. Just shows you how you can fudge the figures. The fact that I was dressed like Michelin man (which must have weighed a ton) for the cold, becomes immaterial.
