I packed weight on in the run up to Xmas, booze and food then lost half a stone through flu that started NYD, that turned to sinus infection, only just starting to feel better but not up to getting back on the bike (not missed much as its been frozen every morning, club runs cancelled 2 weeks running). I'm usually 12'10 summer, aiming for a couple of pounds under, could be sooner than anticipated at this rate. It will be interesting to see how it goes when I'm back commuting and club runs, hopefully I can keep some discipline whilst satisfying my apetite. I was getting evening ( 9-10pm) cravings for peanut butter and chocolate spread!0 -

My five days away only resulted in a gain of 0.1kg, so that's a relief. no exercise through the week, but managed a Parkrun in the freezing cold yesterday.
