I've been aiming for about -500 calories a day, however I've only dropped 0.2kg at the moment, must have been a dehydrated start point, hoping for better next week.Blog on first season road racing http://www.twhatley.com/0 -
Adding up all I ate yeasterday it comes to give or take 1900 cal... cycled 2 hours, must have used around 3 K calories in total during the day... seems a big deficit to gap with body fat... :shock:left the forum March 20230

Progress is the key... if you don't see results, you are likely to give up.
First week is bad, constantly hungry, then the body seems to adjust and now it's fine, I don't go to bed hungry. On my way home yeasterday I had use a gel, as the stiff headwind mixed with low glycogen was killing meleft the forum March 20230 -
went down to 167 at the beginning of the week but ate and drank loads more on purpose to get my weight loss to 1-2 lbs a week, looking good so far lets hope this weekend doesnt reverse that.
