True but the problem is you need a strava account and or the other solution I've made using Google fusion is you need a Google account so both kidda exclude those that have or don't want either. A pure website is the best way obviously.

thanks for the offer but i know my intake is high however its no different than it has been for the last two years with the same amount and intensity of exercise, just weird that after losing 5 lbs i've gained 2

So what methods are you lot employing? I'm combining low calory, low carb and a touch of starvation. I'm throwing in fasted training rides too, which are fine until I hit anything remotely resembling an upward slope.0

I don't change my cycling habits too much. Maybe take the long way to/from work more often to get a few more miles in. My main focus is my eating habits. Cut out sugar completely, very little carbs late in the day, I am to eat most of them for breakfast and lunch. It's easier for me to lose by controlling what goes in than controlling what goes out. It takes a serious amount of cycling to burn off a relatively modest amount of calories.
Eat breakfast like a king, eat dinner like a pauper.Shand Skinnymalinky

My highest reading this year was 86.6kg on New Year's Day evening. 83.4kg after training last night. That's quite a big range in the space of a week isn't it? Imagine I'm hovering around 84kg at the moment, want to get that down to a steady 82kg or below, down to 80kg if I want to actually win anything...0

all i usually do is cut out booze, and ride much harder, my winter bike is heavy and fitted with a standard crankset, i keep it in the big ring even on the 10% hills
I hurts but it works, apart from the MASSHOOF amounts of food i eat its all good food no junk no sweets very rarely any crisps, i dont eat cake or biscuits anyway.
