OK - so better news, just back from chiro / physio and xray required, but it may not be bike fit related after all. Having chiro and what not on an injury when I was hit by a car in 2009 and this could be related to that. I have like most, thrown money at the fit rather than the potential real issue, so will sit on it and see over the coming months. I have also ordered a cheap 90mm stem too just as a precautionary measure.

You sure thats a Hi Mod ?
Loos like the Sram Red version of mine (Force)
By the way I have same wheels too.
Do you have weight for it ?
Like it by the way !

Thanks. Yes I like it a lot myself, including the understated paint job.

Yes it's the HM.. states it on the frame and forks (see Flickr.. just click next on the above link)

Not sure of the weight, but supported to be light.. think around 6.5kg for a large, although never put it on a scales :-)

Loving yours as well. Much better to see it in real pics than the web pics. Smart.

Picked mine up yesterday. It looks pretty good. It doesn't have the Italian sexiness of my Wilier but I think it will grow on me. No chance to ride yet as I picked up a bit of whiplash in the week and the forecast here wasnt great. I reckon I'll need a couple of shorter rides to get the fit dialled in as the geo is a little different from the Izoard.

Weight is a little porky at 7.3kg with pedals and cages but its a 58 frame and I didn't specify lightweight components..

Don't know why Cannondale supply such a tall headset cap - its 20mm. I think the bike will look better if that stem is slammed a bit more but lets wait and see what the fit is like.

    Nice
7.3kg is a bit of a surprise although 105 pedals, Fizik saddle and that seat post account for about 300gr imo
Bora's would have been mint but of course they cost more.
Desperate to put mine up but waiting for new pedals, tyres to shed another 200gr and the blue skies of Majorca to do it justice.

There's a 5mm cap hidden under the 25. Nice build there, haven't quite got the confidence for white tape myself.

Nope, a gentle reminder that the evo geo is a hard one to nail down. I can recall posting the very comment on here, they either fit like a glove or you'll fettle forever so to speak.

But, positive, as this pain has been in situ for a year or so now and the chiro was superb today and basically said, lets not blame the bike straight away as that is the easy option, which I agree with. Funny, but I posted this on WW back in October last year and was suffering then before the temptation of an evo frame at £750 occurred in late Jan ! Anecdotal evidence that it is indeed a body issue, over bike and a lesson to myself.

I've found, in the past, that neck ache on longer rides was cured by a longer stem. Sounds almost counter intuitive, but worked for me.

Had my first voyage today. Unfortunately my legs were bad (worse than usual) after a week of manflu. The bike is however really nice. vs the Izoard there is an immediacy about any effort you exert on the pedals. Stiff and seemingly little wasted effort but still comfortable over some pretty rough surfaces. Steering is much more precise and this thing is rock solid descending.

The wheels are also really nice. No discernible flex, braking is good, no squealing but a sound like a spaceship coming out of hyperspace. I don't think they give any free speed but also not affected at all by the wind which was present today. I am pleased with the bike its a significant step up. I am less pleased with my form. Hopefully the bike will inspire me to get out and ride through this dip.

My new stem. So, remind me, that cone shaped spacer. What's underneath?

I considered this stem too but wasn`t so keen on seatpost and its all gotta match.
Plus the C2 stem with black Ti bolts is plenty light enough for now.
And yeah looking how many spacers you have already there could be back problems underneath or then again a bad ass looking slammed stem if you can man up.
Seriously though I`ve almost slammed my stem, the rational being how often do I really ride over 3 or 4hs ? Not that often and I can deal with it on the odd occasion I do and that with it looking slammed all the time makes it worth slamming for me.

I do get wistfull seeing all the new SuperSix's. Changed quite a bit with carbon cranks, dura ace, stem, seat and powertap. Not sure exactly on weight.
Would love some 60's but cant afford them :((

Mine is migrating down one spacer at a time. I'll get it cut eventually. I've always been a short stem person, just seems to fit. Measurements now saddle to end of stem and saddle to shifter hood (diagonal) now match my other bikes where before they were about 1-2cm greater. All 54 frames!

Oh and, the bars will eventually give way to Superzero ones. But they have routing and that means messing with stuff. I'll swap the seatpost for a superleggera probably.

Just in froma sharp Devon 38 miler. Felt good today, legs felt alive and fettled a 90mm stem onto the bike on Monday and had a slight nudge of the saddle. Still niggly, but of course, coming to grips with treatment and a legacy neck issue but by god these bikes are sooooo bloody good.

Just fitted a 90mm stem and the summer wheels to my 2015 supersix. Will see how I get on and will then start dropping it slowly
