  • Is this the same rider who fell off infront of Froome on a decent this year? As long as it is a good race and no former dopers win I will be happy, so that rules out 2 of your riders
  • Evans abandons. So too Kwiakowski, Talansky and Phinney, I believe.

  • Still 125km to race : )

Quintana, Uran and Betancur all there.

Fair point, I gave up wasting my breath on trying to introduce rational debate.

I can understand Cav pulling out after a decent turn on the front but it shows that Wiggins really isn't a team player. Wasn't a great decision to put him in a team where he would be riding for Froome. Have just started watching, looks like the field has been decimated.

Horner is out and Evans, no news on Sagan?

In another 2 laps will be down to 20 riders lol shite conditions

    That's optimistic!

Can't work out all the GB riders sitting on the front for the first few hours, then going completely AWOL as soon as they reach the finishing circuit.
that teach you about riding carbon wheels...

  • How long ago find they resurface these roads? They look really slick.
    Correlation is not causation.
  • Porte also out.

  • Sagan swallowed by the mists. No sightings, no news.

Watching the ladies race yesterday when one of the Polish (I think) riders ended up in the railings I said that this new road would be carnage in the wet.

These riders yo-yoing between the front group and other groups will be a long way back in a lap or two if yesterday was anything to go by.
