From what Chris Boardman has been saying it's more like a couple of dozen - they're getting reports of crashes every few minutes.

Not an excuse for riding at the back for such an important race in bad conditions. He'll miss any splits etc and will then find himself in a group where riders will call it a day rather than chase back on

With laps of 16.57 Kms = 10 26 Miles It is easy to know they have approx 80 miles to go at the next finish line.

absolutely no respect left for Bradley Wiggins - couldn't give a shit about anyone else bar himself. Did it to Cav back in the Olympic Madison back in Beijing 2008 and did it again to Froome today.
