How come Vacansoleil have won so much?

Juan Antonio Flecha and Johnny Hoogerland. Your breakaway specialists. Hoovering up intermediate sprint points and combativity awards.

still surprised that's more than 3 stage wins Argos-Shimano.

Good morning Mrs Above The Cows, My name's Chris and I'm calling from Fenton's Solicitors, have you been injured in an accident that wasn't your fault?

He's "working from home" usually based in the call centre in Swansea. It's where he met Miss Cound.

Well I have just seen him putting up a dish.

I was going to do a post on why Mont Ventoux is so seperate from the other mountians but it appears that it's actually fairly mundane

Basically the Rhone river formed during the last stages of Pyreneean and Alpine uplift. Whilst the mountains were being uplifted, Erosion from the rivers (now called La Toulourenc) kept up with it creating the wide valley that separates the mountain from the alps

That would be why finding stuff on it was so hard...

    Froome must be tired.

Nah, he'll have been fine and raring to go 5 mins after he finished the stage.

Well I'm very tired. I'm not getting any younger. Did you see that ba*tard in the yellow?

Garmin have a nice little niche, get a few nice wins here and there, but when even when they don't win everybody loves them.

So does Quintana wear the white jersey tomorrow (which he leads) or the polka dots which he is second to Froome. Which is the higher ranked jersey? I think Nieve derserves a day in the dots after animating many climbs and then hauling Alberto's sorry ahhhhs up the Ventoux.

Comment of the day goes to James Richardson. "Rolland will have to hand over the polka dot jersey tonight...he can keep the shorts and socks though".
It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.

Presumably a jersey you own by right takes precedence over one that you're looking after for somebody else.

Could the rider choose if he had a choice of two?

Quintana isn't actually leading the KOM (Froome is), while he is the genuine leader of the white jersey.

So it takes priority because he is actually winning that competition.

I know that Cofidis have been getting the kicking for being quiet... but what about Lampre-Merida. They've been very anonymous too haven't they?

Cunego might be a good shout to get in a break and make it stick in the next couple of days.

I've actually gotten some work done today.

And to think I was hoping to put the new disabled post preview function to test...will have to wait for tomorrow I guess for more activity.

Or I could just post on the doping thread...

    Nearly

Any rock (or mineral in a rock) that dissolves in the rain becomes mud
