    The chase trio are hidden by the crowd on the left. You can just about pick them out just to the left of the steward standing in the road in a red jacket

    Originally at the TDF I just thought he was a bit of a wheel sucker, but now think the complete opposite....I think he's one of the most exciting pros around now.

    Team JPN rider patriotically following nutter in KOM jersey on futile doomed break.

    Sagan bridges to Alberto on a descent, waits for a group to form, lets 3 go off front of group, blows everybody away.

    In the fashion stakes Sagan looks good. Great looking kit, box-fresh shoes and socks. of course, the sun helps as well but that pose on the line must be on the screen savers at Cannondale today

    Job done Oman - some Epic music, pretty scenery, steep hill, great shots and Sagan crushing it. Somehow a cycling holiday to Oman has just made it "on the list" as something I would consider...

    Lovely looking climb. Contador testing his legs but went over the top rather than the bottom and wasn't going to stay away on that descent.

    Watching Sagan fly by was very cool. Reminded me of Cancellara in Beijing - similar, wide, open, fast road with Cancellara flying down it.

    So Gilbert was there. He is out of form. This should be him to the letter. Contador did great.

    The victory celebration shot is pretty bloody ridiculous.

    He has been covered in sweat both times.

    Wiggins rolled in again I think.
