No ****ing way! I was going at about 2mph when you took that!

(I thought someone had crashed so slowed down, saw it was Rickie with the camera so quickly struck an Epic MBUK Cover Shot Pose)

Anyway- what a brilliant weekend. Cheers everyone! Top people, top trails, top weather... Yeah.

Yeah I ended up sitting beside Danny Hart on the uplift bus, to be honest I think he was a bit overawed to be say beside Teh Internetz famous Northwind so I left him alone. Fact of the Day- he has a massive Danny Hart sticker on his own phone.

I meant to say, during the 15 or so goodbyes at Antur Stiniog, if anyone's ever up this way give me a shout, any excuse for a ride.

I was right in thinking I hadn't put enough air in that rear tyre! Surprised I didn't puncture it again, having just fixed it!

Quick questions that I'll post in here (purely because I've talked about them with people that went).

    1. What grips were Northwind and Dodge using?
    2. What websites were you all singing praises of that were alternatives to CRC? I think Rose was one, but there was a French one?

    1. on the session they were ESI chunky. Fantastic grips, got them off ebay for about £15.
    2. rose bikes, bike discount. Rose are usually the cheapest i've found, but best to have a look at both.

I thought it was ESI, couldn't find them on CRC though. I'm checking out Bike Discount at the moment, Rose is next on the agenda, but of course 'work' is getting in the way

Mine are the Racer's Edges I think- just the thinner version. They seem really good. Need to test 'em in horrible conditions to see if they slip but I doubt it, they were pretty hard to fit!

Mine have been fitted, removed and fitted again (brake/shifter swap) and they went on and came off easy but don't budge whatsoever and they've been soaked.
