Thoughts on the doc:
It's obvious, but it's nice to see even in a crazy world where conspiracy theorists are largely right than teammates seem to a) know what's going on and b) seem to walk in on teammates doping from time to time.
Teammates denying knowledge seems increasingly not credible.0 -

But hearing a knowlegable sports fan talk about Riis, Buyneel, Armstrong, Andreau, Hamilton, Millar, and know all about what they were shoving into their veins and nothing about what they did on the bike is pretty depressing!
Of course it's fascinating and to bunches of people. It's dirt about famous people / celebs and that is what whole bunches of people want the hear. I attribute this fascination to jealousy. People want to know, and often hope, that the rich and famous have their fair share of problems too and seeing these problems in print is exactly what they need to feel a little better about themselves.
In any case, on this and many other forums, in the end all that's happening is people are preaching to the choir and very few others.
You've got me spot on. I am extremely jealous of all these cyclists and you're forcing me to realise that I only go to watch them in the hope I can see that some of them are as worthless as me. I rarely find this, so always leave disappointed. The smile on my face during & after these events is actually just a mask covering for the deep pain I feel.
Please forgive me world.
Heh heh. Sarcasm duly noted. Still, please explain to me, if you will, your theory on why people just love to hear dirt about famous celebs and rarely care whatever else these people have done with their lives. Dirt is all that matters.0 -

Enough with the same old tired crap everyone always says about me. At least try and come up with something tasty. Shows a definate lack of imagination.
Tell me it's not true that ALL you want to hear about LA is dirt and nothing more.
Tell me why you need to hear it, if you can or even know why. I'm betting that the more dirt you hear the better you feel, along with more than a few others on this forum. Tell me you're not scanning the web daily for fresh dirt. What if one of your lifelong friends did something wrong or illegal? Would you shun everything about him? Just throw him under the bus because that's all he deserves? See if you can actually answer the questions or all you can do iscall people names.0 -

Yes, we must understand Lance a little more & condemn him a little less.

<RANT>I absolutely hate it when someone quotes enough previous posts to fill-up half a page so they can offer a 6 word reply - People, a little editing to quote just the previous post, or better yet relevant parts, it's not hard.Threads like this could be half the size, and much easier to follow. Which race in Spain did Lance bail out of in 2000 because else he'd have been done for testosterone?0

Reading these affidavits I find it odd how all these people are able to remember exactly what the did in all these years. They remember names, places and dates. I wonder if a lot of them kept diaries or whether they have great memories.Contador is the Greatest0

Just checked a few wikis. Lance has all his victories there. Levi has 'void' for Jun 99 to Jul 06, then Tdf07. Hincapie has void May 04 to Jul 06.
Anyone know why these exact dates? Why Hincapie has only from 04 and Levi has results in 07 that are not void?Contador is the Greatest0 -

Ah cheers.
I like how you can easily hear the riders when their testemonies are quoted in the doc.
Hincape's obviously a lot more concise than Hamilton.0
