It has been covered in an article on Cnews a few months back, but just worth another read for how the UCI are so bad, including Fat Pat, whom some (Roche and Millar) have praised...

Just checked a few wikis. Lance has all his victories there. Levi has 'void' for Jun 99 to Jul 06, then Tdf07. Hincapie has void May 04 to Jul 06.

Anyone know why these exact dates? Why Hincapie has only from 04 and Levi has results in 07 that are not void?
That'll be the dates that they admitted to doping in their affidavits.....

Which race in Spain did Lance bail out of in 2000 because else he'd have been done for testosterone?

    Anyone?

    Tour of Valencia?

It wasn't the Vuelta btw, as he didn't ride it in 2000.

If you haven't seen it when it first came out a good while back, the IM convo between Vaughters and Andreu is worth reading.

Yeah that was very good, and came across as so natural and just an offhand conversation. It really shows how insiders viewed Lance.

Its a load of nonsense though really. There is so much not true in it

Some sort of chart would help at this stage.....

"I had been taken aside by a number of riders and race organisers in the UK and abroad and had it explained to me in the clichéd words of one syllable why it was not in my interests to report certain things,"

Why doesn't AS name names ? Riders and race officials please Andy.............

The Tyler book suggests it wasn't all of them, but a small inner circle (at least early on). So for now, I'm inclined to believe some of the 'lower' riders who say they weren't part of it.

I'd imagine it's more a case of degree...
  • It was the Vuelta al Pais Vasco by my reckoning.

LA finished 27th on stage 4 (6th April) and then absent from final GC (race finished on the 7th)

Hincapie didn't ride that though, which is why I think it's the Tour of Valencia. Still.

Tom D was on £125k at Fassa as a 3rd year pro with no results of note. That's pretty astonishing. Not hard to see how all those involved made bucketloads of cash.

Not only are the people running USPS total doped up animals, they are also nasty human beings and cared little for anyone except the chosen few.

Lots of examples, but for one, take para 70 on Barry's. A terrible crash which looked life threatening yet no one from the team turned up to the hospital.

Yeah. Then stingy Johan asked him to join USPS for almost 40% less money....

It's a little oddly written this USADA stuff.

They give justification for general sporting pre-amble AFTER giving it, and, for example, describe Landis as a "tough as nails climber".

Is this just how Americans do formal writing?

resumably he's referring to Barry's affidavit. In the first link, there's a section for all the other evidence/appendices, it's in there (as well as a huge more stuff to read!)

Pfft. Looks like I've got a lot of bedtime reading.

Presumably it's worth reading. The doc I'm linking is quite enjoyable in an odd way.

You don't appear to have found everything yet - just the main report. On the official site: http://cyclinginvestigation.usada.org/ look at the tabs on top and click the one saying 'Appendices and Supporting materials' - that's where all the good stuff is - like Zabriskie's EPO song and his concerns about the size of his ears.
