    IS FROOME BREATHING YET?!

When did you become concerned about doping?

When a rider comes from no where. As opposed to a rider lighting them up since they were 15 in every race they enter.

GT Champions are not created in a year.

I thought he was going to go straight past Nibali. Same old story  Froome the strongest rider in the race, and doesn't have the bottle to attack plodder Wiggins.

Yes, because Wiggins was really struggling to hold his wheel

So strong he lost 30 seconds in the time trial to Wiggins.

Does Wiggins realise that occasionally, just every now and then, a team leader needs to ride on the front? Even Cav used ride on the front for HTC albeit for 200m.

    Fair enough to Nibs.

He's doing the best he can.

I guess he needs time on the people behind for the TT.

You won't see these 2 lemmings commiting suicide by jumping off the edge of the mountain. They'll ride off it

    Why?

It's a sky victory, and he's bossed in the first TT already.

Cummings still in the big GC group? Great ride.

I did say on the Tourmalet this was going to be a borefest...

That's why the TDF is more than TTing. Froome if allowed would have taken far more than the 30-60s on the mountains he would lose in a TT. Froome is a more rounded rider than Wiggins. But he doesn't have the bottle to show his true strength and would rather gift it to Wiggo.

The yellow jersey group have put less than 2 minutes back into the break since the Tourmalet. TV is a good all round rider but no mountain goat and has been riding on his own or with one other for that whole distance. The biggest surprise is not Froome being able to ride at the front but why so many others are getting dropped.
