    My 1lb off has gone back on :shock: So far this year I have trebled my mileage, am riding at a higher intensity and eating the same - something doesn't figure. Maybe time for some new scales.

    bounced up and down over past few weeks while I got my food intake in line with energy expenditure again. back onto base calories of 1800/day again plus lowish estimate of whatever I burn off through exercise. Also back to running now which should help loads.

    They may be some marginal weight loss but more importantly my body fat % is lower :D

    Going great guns I am. and pretty much still on target for my 18st by 22nd april.

    For any Mac users I can recommend 'Perfect Diet Tracker' from the App store as a very useful way to track your diet and watch what you eat. :lol:
