    Back to where I started, as not been on the bike for a couple of weeks on account of an injury I picked up :(

    Weight loss in this household is something of a sore point at the moment. Nik is on a weight loss drive at the present time which I am not happy about. Ok so maybe she's right about needing to lose a few pounds, but I am just not happy about the way she's doing it. Too much exercise and not enough food to balance it out.

    Yesterday for example, her diet consisted of: Porridge for breakfast with a mug of tea, lunch 4 Crispbreads with spread and for dinner a can of tomato soup with a slice of bread. Sorry but to me this does not constitute a diet, but a fast track towards being anorexic. :(

    It has caused one or two arguments already with her complaining that she has lost nothing and me noticing that she is more irritable than usual, tired and far too diet focused than I have ever known her. And yes she has lost weight, it's something I have noticed even if she hasn't.

    The weight loss didn't really happen for me in the end. Strange year. Looking forward to getting the Marmotte done at the weekend. Not sure if I'll get round.

    8lbs, I missed mine by 21lbs and that was just the half year target Trouble is cycling makes me hungry.

    Ahh balls - seems that I was carrying half a stone above my hoped punching weight for Marmotte. Back to 16 5 got down to 15 10 and seem to be nearly back to where I started.
