    no idea where my appetite came from but I ate and ate and ate. reckon I easily undid the progress made in the week.

    My weight is bouncing around now back to 16st 5lbs

    Whilst increasing my mileage by 2-3 times, when not on the bike I seem to spend my time eating, so think weight loss is going to be pretty slow.

    I had similar on Saturday, took the eldest daughter to compeate in a cheerleading competion, problem is I ate nothing but Wimpy & hotdags all day, so there may be no weigh in this week....

    Haven't been on the bike once this week due to work load and cold/cough that I can't shift. 2lbs off though.. :? :D

    Company medical yesterday. 72Kgs and 8.7% body fat so they told me to make sure I eat enough as training increases. 7am, 10am, 1pm, 3pm and dinner clearly not enough.

    Weight pretty much staying the same at the moment despite cycling, spinning, body pump, body combat and sailing.

    Not expecting anything good weight wise this week as its my birthday on Monday so out for a meal with friends on Friday and then hubby is cooking on Monday.

    Will get on it seriously again after my birthday.

    god dammit!!!

    another week an no change in my weight at all?! i cant figure this out. i have dropped my calories loads from what i use to eat but cant seem to loose any more....

    im now doubting if the stone that i lost may have been down to a faulty scales?

    if anyone wants me i will be sitting in the corner eating ice cream :?

    Have stayed the same at 16-1, when expected to bounce back to 16-7. Happy with that. Although have worked out I can lose a lb just by positioning the scales in a different place on the bathroom floor. Useful to know.

    Wel - in fact up. .

    I may have gone out last night and drank my own body weight in Guiness - in fact this is a moving target as my body weight is apparently growing due to Guiness consumption.

    I need to move to a fixed weight of guiness consumption or else I'll just get trapped in a positive Guiness consumption loop . . . . .

    Back on the wagon tomorrow sub 82.5 on the scales next Friday . . . . .
    Fixed gear for wet weather / hairy roadie for posing in the sun.

    What would Thora Hurd do?

    my weight varies a fair amount over a week, by a number of pounds, My normal weight is 12 stone 10 LB but I can touch 13 stone or be under 12 and half depending on what i've been doing.

    if i weighed myself once a week i think it would end up being quite random.

    funnily enough the people in work said i look more defined (what ever that means, i think it was a compliment)

    but my thighs are rock hard now so i must be putting on muscle mass? i have done over 300 miles since christmas??

    I hope so, I do notice when I haven't cycled for a while my weight seems to go up even with a more careful diet, then it seems to plateau and then I seem to start losing weight. The whole process seems to take a few months, which can be quite disheartening, but sticking at it brings results.

    I do seem to suffer from stupidly large thighs though, they're currently around 27/28 inches :?
