Still not shaken this flu so spent weekend feeling sorry for myself and eating mucho chocolate. Also had a handful of pints at the Tritons annual dinner last night not to mention an awesome 3 course dinner so expecting a healthy bump back up.
tomorrow I'm back on the bike for the first full commute of the year so I'll be back on the wagon watching what I eat as a result and once my chest clears up I can start running again so the lbs will fall off.Hat + Beard0 -

Who on Earth weighs in mid week? What's the point of you can't have a Friday victory sandwich post ride in? it's madness.....
I seem to have managed to put on 2 lbs over the weekend. feck.
I think my calorie ceiling for a succesful weight loss week is circa 1,500 cals + 30 miles on the bike a day . . .
yes I know that doesn't sound a lot, however if I get through an addition 250 cheating calories on swigs of milk and a penchant for Chocolate buttons - 1,750 - anymore than that and I'm in maintain mode.
DO NOT say "perhaps you need to eat a bit more" I can tell you through experimental results that it doesn't work.Fixed gear for wet weather / hairy roadie for posing in the sun.

I manage to lose weight steadily on 1800 base calories plus however many I burn off through exercise although I take those readings with a pinch of salt so I normally have 2/3 of the quoted amount and only if I really need it.Hat + Beard0 -

After 12 trips to the loo today I lost my extra weight, quite a bit of fluid retention.
