Still, looking on the bright side, from some of the stuff I've read on this thread, it appears that once this little lot are cleaned out, we'll have a 100% pure sport.

    Hurrah for that!

When will your bitterness towards smoldering hot latin boys end?

When they start giving me the attention I deserve from them...

my wife thinks I am good looking too

You're lucky. I once asked my wife if she thought I was good looking. She said she thought I was very RUGGED looking. I took it as a complement at the time. Now I'm not so sure.

Barry is very good friends with Millar, I wonder what David has to say.

I seem to remember that some years ago, Landis saying that he had some damaging information but for whatever reason he didn't give it out.

Yeah he did say that... It was about Greg LeMond. He didn't give it out, he just got his business manager to call LeMond pretending to be the guy who abused him as a child.

Oh yeah, that was very low.

He got back on the bike for 10 mins then abandoned. But looking at the road rash it seems like he landed squarely on his side. Not really likely to have broken a bone from that. It'll be interesting to see what the hospital are told to say. I mean what the hospital says.

the real pressure has finally arrived

its over... I think Armageddon is here... others come forward in the next week or so..

if they dont he has dodged the bullet

My, it's crowded in here tonight- what glee!

I am thoroughly enjoying the entire affair, probably because I am just plain wicked, but what will out will out, as they say.

For what it's worth, and it's the only thing I can add that's not been said before in this thread, but I have always suspected that Landis genuinely believes he didn't dope when he was caught, although he knew damned well that he had doped frequently beforehand of course- his indignation was due to something else. And I have a suspicious mind, but I've also always linked the fact that his (apparently much loved and close to) father-in-law killed himself shortly after he was first accused. I have zilch to back this up, but I mention it nonetheless because I suspect that it had something to do with how he reacted afterwards.

Now, I could well be just havering, but I suspect that f-i-l gave him the wrong patch, or dose or something, and this guilt is what has eaten away at Landis over the years. Guilt. Guilt. Guilt. Catches up with people and causes them untold misery all the time.

JV- get talking man- I've supported your team, let's see you confess to whatever it was you did once/twice whatever and then we can respect you for what you're doing now. Poacher turned gamekeeper and all that stuff.

And oi, you, Brad-lee. Get twittering.

    Right, where was I?

Armstrong has had stitches to his elbow and below his eye. He's being x-rayed for a possible broken elbow. I'm guessing that'd rule him out of the TdF.
