I won't need to give you a tow.............an ex colleague of mine who's diabetic and can't go fast is riding it, he did it with me last year and did all 28 miles....hats of to him cos he did well, slowly though...... i nearly fell asleep whilst riding............''

I went to rivvi couple of days ago, it was good.....bloody parking was a nightmare though, so many families there with this warm weather.

£15 entry fee and they ask that you raise £100 in sponsorship. We has a discussion a while ago about what happens if you don't manage this and I never found out the answer to that one or got he route info. It starts in Edale so looking at similar area to where we rode in February.

I could be up for that, have got family who support the BHF, reckon I'll decide after the May and June rides see how I get on fitness wise, I didn't do February but It sounded pretty difficult.
