    Easy....

You don't want Ralph getting rusty.

    Carbon fibre doesn't rust.

Breakfast in bed for the Mrs. She'll be gutted. Well, she was last time when I just poured milk and coco pops all over the duvet. I took the phrase a bit too literally.

I don't know how good I am at hills atm as I've not done any hills for about a month now apart from on the turbo but they've only being 3%. So if I go at my own pace on the HILLS and am leaving some people behind will I get shouted at? I'm happy to get to the top and go back down the hill and up again.

You can go up the hills as fast as you want Will. It's the sarky comments that you may say which will earn you a beating.

I've been given the green light by Mrs Ax so will see you all on Sunday. Unless the kids get ill AGAIN before then.
Just re-read the whole thread and I reckon there'll be at least 20 of us. Should be a good day out.

What sarky comments? I'm not sarky at all.

Me saying I'd go back down and up again aint sarky, I like to do that sometimes.

You should know I'm nothing like in real life compared to on here, for one I don't talk as much.

I was joking lol, I don't want to fcuk my knees up again, but when I went to wales I was fine apart from anything long and above 12% I used my 34. Weeks since I've done any hills anyway, don't know if I'll be worse or better.
