Right. Well I'm not going now then, I'd rather spend time with my kids. If we're talking priorities!!

I thought WE were your children!!!?

I'm staying home so I can sleep all day and maybe have a wank. Those are MY priorities. :? 8)

    Naughty....

    As for having the tickets:

    http://www.evertonfc.com/hospitality/32370/blues-100.html

I bet you would have them. And Jimmy Bullard says they wont hammer Hull!

If anyone who is coming thinks they might be late and wants my mobile number to let me know on the day (to wait for you) - PM me your number and I'll send you mine.

Current forecast for Sunday (aptly named) is still sunny, clear but cold.

Off to race with NapD now so will see you all (except He Who Shall Never Be Named Again - Scrumple) tomoz!

Look, just because I can't make it doesn't mean you should all decide not to go*. I'm sure you'll all have a lovely time.

    * I was going to say 'start pulling out', but I thought it might give Pokerface ideas... :D

+1 regarding pace from me too. I foolishly took out my wife's MTB yesterday to try out some new bits of the "Follow the Dog" red route at Cannock Chase. Frame far too small, knees not best pleased! See you folks tomorrow though.

Hell no. Unless you're riding to and fro from Wales!

I reckon, even with a good cafe stop (hour at the most), no longer than 6 hours. Prolly much less (5 hours max).

Doesn't get dark until about 7:00 these days.

I'm cycling in from Manchester centre, and back there, what time would you say is reasonable that I'll get back?

Hope to be back at the Leisure centre for about 3pm.

It's only a 50 mile ride with moderate hills!

I went to bed for an hour in HC. The car ride home was okay and didn't feel sick once. Pasta eaten and seems to be staying down.

    Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

We covered 25 miles today in just over an hour. If we skip the cafe stop we could be back around noon. 8)

12PM is noon. You want to do 95 miles before noon?

    You driving or biking?

Hopefully I'm not the only one with slightly stiff legs, I did 63 miles yesterday ont chaingang, the chaingang always kills me more than the race at lancaster too which is bizarre.

Did they not say the chaingang is harder than those races?
