    Have a day off man...

    12 Porgy - 2762 mls.
    13 bigease - 2750 mls.
    14 TheStone - 2725 mls.
    15 Gazzaputt - 2687 mls.
    16 ChrisInBicester - 2656 mls.

Was within a hairs breadth of catching the Porgster and then he dumps a 44-miler in there.

I had to visit one of our outlying depots this morning - I normally go there by tube, but since it's such a nice day and I need the mileage I thought I'd bike it.

I'm determined to finish in the top 5 for July - and beat my target of 800 for the month. It's already a record breaking month for me, and I've got 7 more commuting days to go.

Look on the bright side though - something's bound to go wrong eventually - either a knee or something on my bike is bound to go wrong before long :)

Chances are I'll be laid up with swine flu in August.

Just fitted a bigger chainring to SS and prepared the family for some serious training over the next couple of months

Omitting the Manx Missile it would seem that I've done the most this week so far, 151 v 140 next, and still to go home and then come back again tomorrow. Hurrah. :)

Isn't the clue in the name? Silly Commuter stats? ;)

More lazily, I don't run computers on my bikes (although I GPS track sometimes), I've no idea what my non-commuting miles tally to.

Exactly! And it's "Commuter" not "Commuting", or about the miles a "Silly Commuter" (i.e. all us lot) does. :)

Eau Rouge - where have you been (cycling) this week? Highest mileage recorded so far and you are making it harder for me to chase down the top 40! Actually, the top 40 doesn't look too bad to break into, but 38th, now that will be a tough cookie. Actually, the rate this list is going, by the time you are challenging for what is now 38th, it will probably be to stay in the top 100!

Okay I'm looking out the window at the river that's flowing from the sky and wondering if I should swap the bike for a boat
