And another thanks Chris - this one from me. Much appreciate the effort you put into SCS. Entered my last commute just now. Next year won't be the same.

On the bright side, I've revamped my personal spreadsheet and improved my Excel skills at the same time - so that task should be easier next year. But still I hope we can find a way to bring SCS back. That Strava thing isn't SCS.

    Thanks.....Rolf

PS 48434.7 miles recorded on SCS.......

Rolf care to share the sheet?
If so I'll pop it onto google sheets and share via authenticated requests, we should be able to create the exactly same effect.
Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.

Come to think of it there's no reason I couldn't also import all of the previous history as well.

It's not that clever ITB. I've just made something that allows me to add a new row for a new ride to the top of the spreadsheet and update my graphs accordingly. It's something I can post if people want to do something similar but I don't think it is that much of a headstart for recreating SCS. Putting it another way, someone who is really good at Excel could probably do something much better in no time at all.

Just for the record my stats for 2014 ended as:

    Ride Time 415:09:46 h:m:s
    Distance 6303.65 miles
    Average Speed 14.94 mph
    PF Visit 450.2 miles ave.

Thanks again to CiB for the SC Stats page, been fun over the years to see how badly I've been doing compared to others.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
  • 70 miles today (NYD). May be a short period at or near the top of the table...
Swim. Bike. Run. Yeah. That's what I used to do.

Well done and thank you CiB. Obviously I forgot to have a look in the few days leading up to the end of the year, not a problem as I've been a bit lax this year.

    70 km more like

Dammit. This is all wrong. I have no idea how 60 odd strangers are doing mileage wise compared to me. Life is empty (ish).

Failing that, I've got a spreadsheet copy of each years main page with all the annual and monthly totals which you are welcome to.
