I'd have no objection to being removed. I've done a few hundred miles since my last update but haven't been keeping a proper record so I'm out for this year.

That makes sense. Had a week working away without a bike. Came back to find myself a place higher. Wasn't going to investigate too closely - take where you get it

I love the stats site - thanks for keeping it updated and alive CiB

Work is hindering my chances of staying in the top 10.

EDIT: And Boffin I'm coming for your 8,001 - 389 to go - would have liked to have fitted it in by end of month but time to take it easy. Time to find somewhere for beers and burgers, assuming Boffin didn't consume them all.

And hindering my chances of getting back into it...still tight between 9-11 at the moment though.

Mudcow - I did actually um & ah about excluding you from the deletes as you're on here pontificating often enough, and are a worthy inclusion. Trouble is there was no evidence of new miles being added since about April or thereabouts.

You can always rejoin- it's not after October yet. If you do don't let your last update date slip too far back or you'll be caught up in the next purge, which will be timed for a random evening when I next fancy a bit of a tidy-up and have 10 minutes of time to fill.

i might just do that, thing is i always forget what my weekly total is....

i will try harder, i promise

5,000 for the year is looking unlikely let alone target of 5,200....

I can have six days off the bike between now and Xmas and still hit 7,500.

That gives me a bit of breathing space. Once I've built up the winter bike I might get a club run in, just to allow me to go drinking a bit more.

I thought you were being dererlict in your logging duties.

95 miles, should make that up in a week, though I am bikeless on Thursday so if not it's just delayed until the following week......

I've got a new winter bike coming on: I've already negotiated 'running in' rides with Mrs A.

    Bring it.

    Consider it brought.

I spent last night devising a November/December training plan. I've calculated that I can eek out 2,000 miles in that time.

Off work today so did the full commute there & back without the bother of a day's work in between, taking in a good chunk of the various extended commute sections in & back out. 53 miles, areally nice run gives me two places to 52. Reckon Top 50 is the limit though this year, unless Sketchley keels over in the next few weeks.

Jzed been slacking this month, i'm guessing he's been too busy trying to go fast over 100 yard stretch of tarmac and forgotten all about the real "prize"

The prize is passing your 8,001 long before December  - 300 and a bit miles to go.

Work has completely messed up a top 10 finish. Would have liked 10,000 for the year but no chance of that.

Even injured and unable to ride for over a month I still made 8000 miles 8) you'll need to do better than that lad'O

After a week of visitor attractions, playing family games, eating out & generally not riding the bike it felt like a good time to give the brain muscles a work out, so Stats now includes a new page that you can use to create a filtered view of rides entererd on the Stats db. On the New Rides page, hit the Filtered Rides Search link to create a filtered view of rides. The generated list can be downloaded as a CSV for your own faffing in Excel (other spreadsheets are available).

It should be easy to use and as the forum is off air for a few days you can't complain when it doesn't work. :)
