    Looks like a missed a another good night, glad all had a good time again

    Remeber last time I was waffling on about how i though there was a hill in Dundry that I was sure would get me over the 50 mark but had only so far managed 48.....well it did tonight :):):) woohooo 51MPH (gloat gloat), I absolutely shot down it, bless the still evening conditions and 2 slices of toast I had before hand, I can rest easy now, I have hit my target.......but just imagine if there was a 55 hill around there somewhere :)

    I clocked 53.9mph last night........

    when I left/arrived at Mud Dock. The security barriers transmit duff readings to my Lidl special computer :(

    I did hit 27mph on the flat which means my legs were spinning at 140rpm

    see I get confused about how fast I can go on the flat as if i get too fast I assume its actually not flat but slightly downhill :)

    Sadly I'm busy having my flat warming party on Saturday eve and prepping for it Saturday aft.

    You're all welcome to come post-ride? Have a shower first though ;) The theme is L & S (i.e. things that begin with either or both letters)

    OK, 18:30 Mud Dock, upstairs watching the wimmin rowers skullin past on the river. Normally 18:00 but some people work miles away and the only hope they have of getting there for 18:00 is to bunk off early.

    ..strictly the theme is L and/or S, so Lycra Shorts will work well however it'd be nice if you showered after the ride ;)

    It's looking a bit quiet on the South-Western Front here...

    I might take a rain check and have a quicker stop (long enough for chips and beer though!) and an early night this time if there'll only be the two of us! Still knackered, the flat-warming party didn't really help with the sleep-debt accrued on ship....
