    Get in. Well done. 8)

One by one the Hybrid Liberation Army was corrupted and turned their backs on their former brethren.

Right lads, now Sara is out of the way, shall we get p!$$ed with bikes somewhere?

Wrong! You've bought a flat bar roadbike, none of this hybrid nonesense.

When I saw the picture I was so tempted to post saying that someone had straightened the bars by accident. ;)

I'm away next week but don't let that stop you getting the beers in if it works for everyone else.

    Advance warning for future drinkipoos

Late October/Early November for the next get together, bikes compulsory!

Mid December mid week for a meal for the xmas party type thing, a cheap curry isn't going to happen as Sara has had her discount card confiscated. Suggestions and dates need to be sorted pretty quick if there is going to be a fair few of us.

Late night weather forecast for the Bristol/Bath area: No rain.

Another drain on our limited resources in the form of a new bike shop across the road from Evans sellin Planet-X bits and doing bike fits too.

The weather cleared up just after I got home and got dry. Next time the weather forecast is like that I'll drive to work and then ride over to Bristol. ;)

Can we get a meal organised for before xmas? Might be a bit late to have a night on the lash as well before also. Any suggestions for places and suitable dates?

I'm in. Available dates in Dec as follows, those in bold preferred as I'll be on lates or rests the following day:

    Mon 6th, Tues 7th, Weds 8th, Mon 13th, Tues 14th, Wed 15th, Thu 16th, Fri 17th, Tue 21st, Wed 22nd.

Eat and drink everything and happy riding or not riding so will go with the flow venue-wise, although there's a lovely looking place just round the corner from the vollie:

My December is pretty empty at the moment (I don't plan that far ahead ;) )so any of those apart from the Mondays is workable.

If that bath ales places is anything like The Hop Pole (bath ales pub) then its probably good (none of our usual crowd is veggie is it?) We should probably get a grip on dates/venue pretty sharpish and get it booked, December being what it is.

(edited: Probably can't do any Monday)

Food & drinks with a load of folks who ride their bike to work on occasion. :)

Oh and the 6th is workable for me.

Then count me in too if space is there! Just looked on maps, about 35Mi from my office, I may take the bike on the train at least part-way!
