Christophe3967 wrote:OK - my first effort at downloading some footage. Not sure if it's going to work or if I have the right hosting website, so apologies if its awful and/or boring. Hopefully, there's some SCR action from last week featuring a recumbent and a messenger, who fought back by flicking bodily fluids at me. Nice.. Two links but the same footage - just seeing whether one has better quality.

I watched the vid and I am concerned that during it you didn't do any rear view checks"If you're going through hell, keep going"

Too much weight on his back.Christophe, you need a speedometer on your footage, like police cars do!
My HQR-2 has a little socket for GPS. I wonder if I could do something like that with my DVR?? :?
Theres a couple of DVRs that work like the Police cars video does. They looked a little expensive though. :oops:0 -

Not as heavy as my rucksack
@Blondie - it would be cool to have the speed on there, but I could spend that kind of money on a Garmin, which would be even cooler.Bike1

Had a duel with a scooter yesterday, lasted about 5 miles before he eventually got away. He had the nerve to draft me from Ealing Common to Acton Tram Station, but did a bit of work along the Uxbridge Road before Shepherds Bush...

LOL! Cheap flat camera, make a caddy for it to hang safely on your back, backpack or a rack/pannier bag.
S/h atc3k..? Would the wife agree to that? I use one I bought new last year and hang it off my drops. I need to edit my headwind-tailwind video footage and upload it sometime. I was going to do the PiP thing on that.0 -

Two from this evening's ride home - that old favourite, the pizza guy and a bit of fun with a Porsche. Unfortunately the pizza guy had a brand new Honda 125 (well it was a 58reg) and he was on a mission. Shame I hadn't realised this when I decided to take him on. Normally they have clapped out mopeds in this part of London....

I cannot believe the speed you guys get up to. I'm more than happy to hold between 16-18 on my commute. I'd be the rapidly receding dot on the horizon if I met any of you :oops:Chunky Cyclists need your love too! :-)

It's a Sony Cybershot. It's not a helmet cam or anything. I strapped it to the handlebars.0 -

[jealous] Always wanted to set a speed sensor/camera off when passing through just over the limit, guess I'm too small to register [/jealous]I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0 -

You should be able to import those in sequence into windows movie maker and make a nice little slideshow. Then it will be a video.0 -
