im thinking of doing the local area on sunday about 11 if anyone wants to meet up. has anyone got the route for the loop on the net or anywhere as i went out a couple of weeks back and took a wrong turning somewhere. totally missed the plantation and raywell hall. i ended up doubling back somewhere..... still, did 30 miles and got most of the route right!0

Here is the route me and Altern have been doing recently.
Brantingham Short Loop
You can extend it by starting at Humber Bridge Car Park and then coming through Little Swiss and onto the Foreshore track which brings you into Ferriby.
Also, there is the little loop around Nut Wood and back.
I hoping to do a long ride out on the Moors on Sunday, but if that doesn't come off I'll let you know before Sunday.0 -
good luck on the coast 2 coast if I don't see you before you head off, I'll be thinking of you while I'm rolling around drunk in Manchester,0
-
Cheers mate, I think.....
I hope the weather holds out, I don't fancy 6-12 hour days in the wet. A couple of degrees down on last weekend wil do me just fine.
So, the plunge has been taken then....?0 -
good luck
when are you going for it then0 -
Went to Guisborough woods and out on the Moors on sunday with a friend. We started in Guisborough woods carpark, went around some of the black route before joining with bridelways around the moors close to Roseberry Topping. Headed around through Bluebell woods, with rolling singletrack then coming back around to Roseberry topping. Heading back to the car via Guisborough woods (black/DH tracks)
