After a few pints and a footie game in the middle,Giggs suggested doing a local ride in between xmas and new year,we both agreed we would look at taking it easy, not sure on a date yet just putting it out there and see if anyone else fancies it?

well, we have our annual ride to hornsea on the 27th. so i can do sunday 30th with you.

by the way, 27th ride is a family friendly one, off to hornsea down the railway line, leaving the shop at 10am, fancy dress and all that! ;)
  • I'd probably be looking at 27th or 28th Stu.....

We are at footy on the Saturday for City against Leeds, so I reckon me and our kid will be out for a few beers after. Can't see us in a good state on the 30th mate.

It was dry as a bone when i went over it on Sunday, despite the fact it had been peeing it down all the previous week (high winds had helped take away the evaporating moisture, i guess). Went over it last night in the dark on the grey route (road) and it was pretty dry, though that's no indication of how the off road routes will be. However, looks like it's going to piss it down in a minute so i wouldn't expect it to be too great tomorrow.
  • Aye, it has been a bit dodgy tonight, but looking at the forecast it could be dry tomorrow.

Looks like it is us 3 then Si, see you there.
