Even that is gay! Dude a man's lenses are never a shade, strong or otherwise at best they are tinted. If you have to give it a colour be descriptive yet vague as only a man can i.e. it's dark yellow or dark orange.

it's blue as you approach and red as you move away...

although I would have to say in this case it's more likely periwinkle shifting to cerise
