    Matt / Steve

I think I'll be doing the fun ride. Still a bit concerned about the ribs, but know I'll regret not trying.

I'll have to enter on the day.

We had a good ride but really missed the race - will go for round 2. Nice one Mark!

Timmo - that was great fun. Cheers for arranging it -really good mix of terrains and not much road stuff - ideal.

Good to see all the newer faces too.
  • oh no steve! thats not so good! atleast you could get a bnike to carry on though!!

Not fit at the moment. Too many pies, not enough riding. Planning on doing the one in March

You could put on 2 stone & still do well in the fun race!

    Steve
Winstanleys do an X9 for £49, as do Merlin. You might be able to one a little cheaper, but remember Certini will price match it for you.

Bet your glad I showed you that hill before the race now eh? Sorry you had a slight problem, I was looking forward to racing with you at the front.

Great day. Soooooo muddy. The bl00dy grassy hill was stupid! On lap 2 I got to the top and although pedaling, I wasn't moving. Got off in the end.

    Matt
The only reason I did so well was 'cause I hadn't seen you at the start, so I thought I was chasing you!
BTW Matt, I was told they are doing a duathlon there in Feb.

Mark - LOL!:lol: Nicely done though. Very impressed - those road miles you ndo really seem to help too.

Let me know about the night right - might not be able get out but I do fancy doing one at some stage. Done a few on my own now!
  • Fri night would be best for me....make sure your tyres are flat...gives us a sporting chance to keep up..:lol:

If it's wet (which it is all the time!) then Mark is faster. And probably if it's dry too now!
Have you got a new Epic Helen? A guy from yesterday thought you had. My current favourite bike.
  • I have the 2007 epic..sadly not the 2009 which is lush...

    may be one day.. :?:

    I'll get back to you.

Can't see Friday being an issue. I'll probably come straight from work as I'm in Camborne currently.
