  • I got an e-mail from Kent-Trails today. Apparently they are planning on riding in Swinley too if you fancy tagging along. I'm easy either way, i know there is a few bits we all like to do a few times. Anyway, i'm being kicked out of my room now as my Nan is sleeping in my bed, so Happy Christmas everybody!!!

Happy Christmas all. What am i doing online on Christmas day? Well the family have gone to church and i'm not much into hypocracy ;)

I now know what you guys with kids go through every day. 6am i was woken by my niece so she could open her stocking. If i'd have known i wouldn't have had those last 3 beers last night

    Have a great day everyone.

Andy - is that the 4th Kent Trails are there? I'm up for tagging along. We can always go back and do bits after the ride if we want to.

Kent-Trails are meeting at 9am at the lookout. I don't mind what we do really. It would be nice to meat up with them as i haven't rode with them much lately, but if you prefer we do our own thing that's fine with me. As Nick suggested, we could ride with them in the morning then head off to our favorite haunts in the afternoon, if we want to make a whole day of it.

Russ- £10 is fine with me :) If you can get the 4th off we can do the deal then. Oh and "this years Afan trips" :D:D:D:D:D:D Do you guy's still fancy doing the Coast to Coast and French Alps too :)

Mark- They've rode at Swinley several times before, and Michael usually ensures that they do as little fireroad as possible. They usually ride for 4 hours and around 35-40 miles on Sunday's.

Its a gyro ball, basically by the action of your wrist or arm you make it spin inside itself. The faster you make it spin the heavier it gets due to the weights pushing outwards. Im sat at working playing with it at the moment, its meant to really improve grip and forearms strength which is something i lack in. When it spins fast you know about it, when you finish you can barely move you arm as its so knackered.
