Probably, depends on how much time people have. Mabie is only a few miles along the road from Dalbeattie.

Just been told off by my friend ( from Newton Stewart) for pronouncing Kirroughtree wrong. Apparently its KirrOUGH( like a French accent with loads of phlegm)tree. Dontcha just hate <s>it when people correct you</s> Hamish?[:p][:o)]

I have recently been reprimanded for pronouncing Kirroughtree incorrectly, by a friend who comes from Newton Stewart. Apparently it is pronounced "KirrOUGH(almost as if using French accent with loads of phlegm)- tree". Don't you just hate it when people correct you?

Dave, that's fine by me. Was going to drop you an e-mail to say that if you DID want to do Mabie, then I'd just take my own car down so as to leave sharper.
I want to be home between 4 and 5, as it's Fathers Day and I'm being taken out for dinner!! [:)]

just me I'm afraid, couldnt rope another one in to split the petrol. Will bring the helmet cam and will probably get round to editing the footage this time. On that same note if everyone could wear exactly the same as last time then I can link the best bits of the footage and make it all look like the same day

Just had a call from the B&B in Newton Stewart, apparently it has been chucking it down all week but has got a bit better today.... bring your waterproofs people[:)]

Derek - I checked with them and they have a secure garage that we can put our bikes into, I will also be taking a lock with me.

Kirroughtree was the best day I've ever had out on my bike...... until today!!
I felt my riding improved huuuuugly this weekend, well pleased with self.[:)]

Another great weekends biking.

One very good (Dalbeattie) and one excellent (Kirroughtree) trail, good B&B with a full cooked breakfast[:p], an excellent chinese last night and a good laugh over a few drinks

Some nice pics Nick, I hadnt realised you had taken any of me[:)]. It was good to meet up with Chemdog again on the Saturday.

Well done to Saz for doing the Slab, Nick for the Terrible twins and Slab and Derek for doing that chute - top marks and a gold star each[8D].

Hopefully Derek is feeling a bit better after his fall on the Terrible Twins - wasnt looking to great when he left me to go home.[:(]

Hopefully do it all again soon[^]

It wasnt to bad, light rain but nothing major -- midges were a bit of a nightmare though.

Well, went to the Western General this morning and have a Scaphoid fracture in my right wrist! Have to wear a splint for 10 days and then go back for a check-up. [:(]
On a brighter note, here's one of me actually managing to stay on.
