I have a little diary in my desk where I (quite geekily) log my times, the first entry on Tuesday 6th March 2007 reads as follows:-

AVG 10.8mph
Max 23.6
Dist 4.84m
Time 26.41

That was not the first training commute, but the first with Onboard Digital Information Gathering Box.T

For the 5th time!

Back to the riding part, I'll not be commuting tomorrow as I'm going to scotishland, via mabie. Wednesday I've got to bring a cement mixer back into work, which would be difficult in my rucksack (although very good for the legs).
