So far this year, I've almost lost my XTC in weight - just 4 more lbs to go! [:D]

Today's Update:

Total Distance: 21.56 Miles
Total Time: 1:19:10
Average Speed: 16.3 MPH
Max Speed: 29.1 MPH
Calories Burnt: 1524
Average HR: 147 bpm
Max HR: 179bpm
Total Ascent: 709ft (which is more accurate than previous readings due to a software update)

Right, I'm now off to sfuff my face, with Indian Food and not feel one bit guilty! [:p]

Yes, it was a very good ride. Lots of technical climbing and fast descending. Yak survived, although some of his language was a little colourful at times....[;)]

Bah. Rich's and my mini scottish cakefest in Mabie had a higher average speed than yours, and we were riding silly northshore!

I've found two huge errors in the above post, the first being the word 'WE' and the second being the word 'riding'.
