Seems to be a sport for late comebacks as you have to chuck everything into high risk moves.0

Regarding skateboarding.
There will be a flurry of interest if Sky Brown wins gold in park as expected. This will evaporate within 24 hours.
And her ride will be kack in comparison with the men’s.The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.Veronese68 wrote:PB is the most sensible person on here.0 -
BBC coverage is weak, isn't it? Not having the rights to more than two live sports at a time makes it considerably worse than the last two games, but also talking for ages about/to a plucky Brit when there's actual sport happening really gets my goat. It's incessant.1

Ah I hadn't realised the number of sports was limited. I wondered why the coverage was so poor.kingstongraham said:BBC coverage is weak, isn't it? Discovery channel have bought the rights, and are forced to allow a free to air channel to have some coverage. They own Eurosport (and GCN), so Eurosport and Discovery+ have tonnes of live coverage.Pross said:

BBC men’s cycling coverage cut to the studio during the decisive climb when it was all kicking off.
There is a rights issue but there is also an understanding your content issue. It truly was awful.0 -

That makes sense, my daughter said earlier she took Discovery + for a month to watch the equestrian. Will watch on ES instead when I can but away for second week with no Wi-fikingstongraham said:

Complete fuck up at the triathlon start. They had a boat blocking half the pontoon and started the race, the boat that reversed under twin outboards but luckily no-one was behind. Someone has questions to answer there. Just restarted0

Carlton would be having kittens seeing how close these RIBs are getting.0

I see Adam Peaty has taken gold in the paddling pool.0

Spotting a bit of over rotation.0
-
And Skateboarding gold won by 13-year-old Momiji Nishiya (women's street).
13 years old and an Olympic Gold FFS? That's crazy.0 -
No over rotation from the British pair there though.0

Tom Daley finally gets gold!0
