A great example of poor route design. Yesterday's final gradient wasnt tough enough and neither is today's finish.

Van Barle from Haig, in a long sprint.

Nowt happening in the GC group (except a couple that got dropped - Richie for one), Fuglsang takes the Dauphine.

    Just caught up.
All I can say is: I hope those that who think a Froome led Sky/Ineos team strangles any attempts at racing enjoyed this final Dauphine weekend.
Two wins from his back up boys and the total GC action lasting about as long as an average fart.
Today's effort was the absolute pits.

Well the Dauphine is the traditional warm-up for the Tour...

    (I kid, I kid)
  • Always been a TJ fan and good GC riding. Ok in a reduced field but he can find a way . Also mention for Xandro Meurise Wanty GG good riding all week and Lambrecht looks smooth on the bike

Isn't TJ just Richie Porte? Great domestique who will never really win anything meaningful?

doesn't crash as much, has a tendency to implode. good time triallist, decent uphill... so very similar. never seen him up willunga hill, so can't be sure.
