    Chicken tikka biryani for today and I can't decide if I should eat it now or at lunchtime, it's already been a long day thanks to the stupid howling wind keeping me up all night and no not a reference to the beans 😥

    There's only one good answer - Chicken Parmo, Teesside stylee. Enough calories for a couple of days if you can eat it all. They should send Adam Richman to Teesside.

    There's only one good answer - Chicken Parmo, Teesside stylee. Enough calories for a couple of days if you can eat it all. They should send Adam Richman to Teesside.
    My suggestion was to have all 3 course in one go.

    Quorn has everything going for it apart from texture and taste. I want to like it but make me nauseous.

    Today I have been mostly eating a Spanish tortilla with salad and I have to says it’s the best I’ve ever made, even if I broke the rules by adding a couple of vine tomatoes and a few peas

    I’m making pork loin pad Thai for tomorrow I’m also making chipotle pork, avocado and orange soft shelled tacos oh and a Chinese duck thingy as well as a chicken tikka masala

    I've ordered a large leg of lamb for Sunday to do for Mother's day. Shepherd's pie with leftovers. Also iberico pork as a treat for tomorrow.

    Tonight, Mrs H3 is doing some brisket in the style of a massaman curry, but as ever with her, it's a bung it in a pot, hope it works kind of thing. Some are good, some are inedible. Her cooking is more about not leaving too many crumbs, not using too many pans. She's not really @rsed how it tastes if she has to cook.

    Must start the Naan...

    Coriander is bloody lovely. Trying to think of a bad herb. Too much rosemary maybe.

    Coriander is bloody lovely. Trying to think of a bad herb. Too much rosemary maybe.
    Also Fenugreek and Dill. Just the right amount and no more.
