  • Surely if it's that cold he would be wearing gloves. I can't think of a day where I'd be in tights and bare hands!

Now tested on this site. I think I'd want a bit more than a 'smooth ride and handles well' for almost £10k

8.14kg too (admittedly in large size, bottle cages, pedals etc)

£10k seems to now be the standard price for a DA build 'flagship'.

£4299 for the frameset incl the seatpost, bars and stem.
Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.

That front triangle gapes like a basking shark*. Not a fan.

*I was going to make a much cruder analogy

Is that monstrosity considered a good looking bike these days?

In sunweb colours it has a certain Dutch aesthetic to it...

A sort of, "Ik weet niet wat".

If it were a building it would be Rotterdamse

    Form follows Function?
The side view is not the most flattering, the front 3/4 is pretty nice imo.

Think it looks alright. Interesting thing is that is doesn't have a stearer tube.

I think that's a pretty neat, original solution. Maybe not my favourite bike but it's interesting (lots of people calling it boring...).

New team kit for Sagan. Nat champs colours for 2019. Amazing stat that he's only ridden for 18 months in standard kit since turning pro in 2010.

I like how it's almost exactly the same as the world champ kit, just missing three bands of colour on the chest

Tim Wellens & Thomas de Gendt are jumping on the pro-holiday bikepacking bandwagon to get home after Lombardia

My first thought is, "That's a great win for Apidura"

Why? As in, what's wrong with the bar bag?

They have a nasty habit of dropping when youride with them (moreso if it's bumpy). There is not much clearance for that on a pro - stem slammed - machine. It's surprising how fast the tyre wears a hole in the bag

*guilty glance behind me at my ruined alpkit front bag*

Having said that, the mounting on the apidura bag is a bit more substantial than the superlight alpkit design

I think this is just great. One of the many reasons cycling is so much better than other sports is that the guys in it are really down to earth.
It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.
