I wonder if Factor are going to stay in the world tour. Agree they're very good looking. Maybe EF are looking for some new bikes as the Cannondale contract is coming to an end? Factor bikes and Rapha kit would be excellent IMO.0

he sold the company and those guys ran it into the ground (went from Eddy Merckx to Merckx) then someone else bought it and bought EM back in the picture and started making their frames in Belgium again.
Cyclist mag did a big piece on them last year.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

They are owned by the same company that owns Ridley (along with some other cycling brands like HJC)
Edit: From cycling news, "Eddy Merckx Bikes comes under the umbrella group of Belgian Cycling Factory, which also owns Ridley, HJC (helmets), Forza (saddles) and BCF Cycling Wear."0 -

'Fugly' I think, is the word you are looking for. I quite agree.
I wouldn't even say fugly. Its just a nothing bike, not even worthy of an opinion."Unfortunately these days a lot of people don’t understand the real quality of a bike" Ernesto Colnago0 -

No longer pro race gear (booo) but Factor have come out with a gravel type bike, with external hinge fork too. I like it

Thats what i thought, they have a look of the sort of generic frame that loads of "bike companies" paint their own way.0 -

I'll get your coat.
Thanks0 -
All the swoopiness you'd expect from a pinarello bike, this time in 'Gravil' guise. With added 'forkflap'.

Aero optimized details, including 'forkflap'. That'll make all the difference on gravel.

I actually prefer it to the road going Pinarellos. Kinked top tube looks like a CX.0

fork flap? Piss flap more like it. truly fugly0

Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.0

Nice to see Campag (though not much of it) and hopefully it'll be nicer in smaller sizes.0

Ugly and generic looking, ain't got nothing on last year's Factor bike imo.0
