I have 88p each way on Ben Swift at 300/1.

88p is the most they'll let me bet - this is why I'm confident there are no betting scams in cycling.

Whats the odds on Demare finishing ?

While we were all looking at Stevo from DD for the breakaway win we missed Pauwels, he has a penchant for these types of days too.

Demare 14" with two teammates. Broomwaggon nearly nudging his back wheel. Will they sacrifice two riders with him? He can't possibly make the cut.

José has just asked if that is a clever idea to have two team mates with him, they risk losing three riders at this rate.

    Bonkers stage.
All that pent up, unused energy coming out, after the most boring first week to a Tour in many a year.

So, Sky strategy here? Seem to have the break pegged to 3'30", with Landa and Knees up ahead (and another?)

Thy get a free ride, obviously, drop off to help Froome later?

Where's Le Gac because Leezer is in the group with Kidl.

Was this Prudhomme's cunning plan all along? Give everyone the first week off, then hope they unleash everything on the first properly lumpy stage?

Anyone know what this stage is rated as for timecut calcs ? Rules and Stakes no longer really included in the roadbook (well at least in the one I have)

Maybe attack on the final climb and have them waiting to pull at the top? Or maybe just take it easy and try to lose the jersey to Buchmann for a day.

Brian Smith said it will be around 14% of the winner's time today. Around 40 minutes.

Started the day at around 59 minutes, now one hour on virtual standings, so I'm pretty sure he's in the yellow jersey peloton.

GVA + 3 closing on the front duo. Think that will be the real break.

imagine a largely flat tour where ALL the sprinters are outside the time. Sagan could have won overall!!!
