Quintana is off too. Let's watch him blow the TdF in the first day on an ITT over 13k's.

One can only hope. I would also like for Froome to lose a shedload. Is that Valverde out then? I've been cooking for the kids, missus has gone out to the big town.

Hope Valverde is ok. I had the bugger in a work game thing we do though, so that's my chances scuppered.

Hope not. I find him as dull as ditch water and arrogant.

Dull he is, don't see the arrogance though.

Like you, I got dinner to cook.
I've marinaded the Chicken. I've got proper Soured cream. Some home made blow an accountants socks off Chilli sauce, Mediterranean wraps, some crispy iceberg lettuce... magic.

Cat's coughing. Guess it's worm pill time. This time i'm going to get the vet to do the dirty deed. Last time, even though he was wrapped in a towel, I nearly lost a hand.

What times did Quinti and Bertie post?

I do like Valverde. He's had a remarkable run until today. He'll bounce back for the Vuelta on home soil. That's a major blow to NQ. I think the odds for Froome have shortened.

    yes that's a worry

if sky have the luxury of grinding out 18 tactical attack-free stages keeping froome a tad ahead, then he sews it up on another boring tt stage, before the procession on the last day

needs a nice windy stage tomorrow with a sky total cockup leaving froome 60+ seconds down vs. other gc, then perhaps we can have a decent fight

Gilbert and Sagan for the odd stage win, which will make me happy. You can get a wall poster you know Seano.

With the GC boys forming a neat line behind Froome, there should be some decent break aways.

If it is a patella # that might not be possible, especially if displaced. Hope he makes the Vuelta.

Who came up with Richie Porte's skin suit design?
Looked like had a thong over the top!

    C. Froome fell down in the wet. Again.
He really must change his wet cornering, or tyres.

Edit:- Just saw the replays.
Definitely not his fault. Must just be very unlucky.

That's proper street cred that is. He came over as a bit camp in the pre-stage interview. I bet Seano's pretty enamoured.

Sagan is a legend. We are witnessing a legend in the making.
