I thought that was exactly what Corbyn had been proposing though - going back to the 70s - nothing original that I remember hearing in his ideas

    Don't worry you're not.

McDonnell was photographed speaking under commie flags by several different journalists. At least he has been consistent throughout his political career. And yet some on here would entrust him with being in charge of the finances of the entire country

If Sinn Fein don't take their seats and the DUP vote with the Tories then the day to day votes could be on a knife edge.

I'm trying to work out if this projection turns out to be accurate whether it makes things better or worse.

May could be toast. Corbyn success if hung parliament. Yikes! I predicted 48 seat Tory majority in the other thread not 48 more seats than Labour.

Tories and Unionists miss a majority by 1 or 2 seats...

If this pans out then we're heading for GE 2017 pt.2

How the hell will Brexit negotiations get sorted out if the exit poll is right? There'll never even be an agreement of what we should be demanding. May will have to go if this really does end up being the case, talk about self-inflicted damage!

The Tories are making a right mess of this aren't they. They thought they had such a huge majority they could get away with a shocking manifesto, then May loses out badly in the first debate and disappears from TV quicker than Diane Abbott. They've haemorrhaged a ridiculous amount of votes in just a few weeks.

No chance of a leftiebollox government if the exit poll is accurate. And how is your bunch of losers predicted to do?

No chance of any Government. It's probably the worst possible result as the last thing we need is even more uncertainty!

Not a done deal yet guys.

    Too close to call.

All scenarios within margin of error.

So you had a solid majority of 17, call an election because you became so arrogant believing your own BS and end up at best with a smaller majority..... could nt make it up.....and you have the nerve to say Labour are stupid lol!

The public infighting the Tories are so good at, will certainly come to the fore, regardless, hopefully labour wont decide to have a leadership contest too.....

I did hedge my bets and got all my holiday euros earlier in the week, plunge in £ caused yet again by your lot......

Just saying on the BBC that both Labour and the Conservatives think that the exit poll is wrong!

I think you guys are being incredibly "brave" to be slinging mud based on this exit poll.

If accurate, nobody can get to 326, but based on the margin of error on the 2015 exit poll, the Conservatives might just squeak it.

Let's hope so. I'd rather either of the major parties have a clear majority than there being a hung parliament. Uncertainty will be more damaging than any of the party's economic policies at the present time.

Agreed with first part but I'd be more than happy with a hung parliament.

Hung parliaments mean the bu&&ers have to talk to each other and be honest. Which with Brexit negations can only be a good thing frankly
