Mushroom on coast

It is hard to find an undamaged mushroom.
For me anyway. The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.Veronese68 wrote:PB is the most sensible person on here.0 -
I found some very phallic ones, but they weren't standing tall enough...yet.0

Down amongst the boulders.
The sun peeped out for a golden 2 minutes.

Couple of different shots from a few trips taken this year. I only use my phone when bikepacking, its all about the weight 😆

I don't think I've seen that many of Bilge keels in one place before0 -
There's not much depth of water in the harbour. The yachters must have to time the tides to perfection or have a long wait stuck outside.Charlie_Croker said:0 -
This gives a better view of what it really looks like.

If it is anything like Salcombe or Dartmouth most of the boats never leaving the harbour and are just used for posing on.masjer said:

Rough seas. Would have been nice to wait for sunset, but not today.
Seal pupping season is in full swing. It was crowded with seals in prime locations so this one (with pups) had to make do with a cove that the path crosses. Its pup was lying on the grass, so I didn't hang around disturbing them.

Yes! The top photo is, I was super happy and impressed by it and the weather stayed pretty amazing which was a massive contrast to getting rained out whilst in Skye the week before. Recommend a visit. The lower picture is my cycle back from skye towards Fort William (train strike as was going to get the train from Mallaig)Pross said:Snowdonia?

Some of my favourites from this years bikepacking. I started in Fort William with the idea to do Skye/Hebridean way got stormed out the first night on skye and had my tent broken, so after heading home for repairs left for Snowdonia.

Up in town yesterday.
1985 Mercian King of Mercia - work in progress (Hah! Who am I kidding?)

Had to wait for some horses to amble past on a narrow road, so a butterfly provided a diversion...

Saw this friendly chap whilst cycling through Bushy park yesterday.
The photo has benefited from zoom and crop rather than me being that brave (or stupid)5 -
Took a contemplative and respectful walk with the dog around the Roman amphitheatre in Caerleon and then another without the dog in the hills looking down the Eastern Valley towards the Bristol Channel. Interesting clouds and light after months of blue skies and fluffy white clouds.

Yup, I can concur.rjsterry said:
Having tried a couple of times I know that Lego is remarkably tricky to photograph. All those shiny surfaces throwing the exposure out and getting the right depth of field.Ben6899 said:

pinno builds a few Lego machines (technical Lego?)Ben6899 said:I find that building Lego helps me control anxiety and keep tabs on my MH. I thought I would try and get a nice photo of the latest model:
I find natural surroundings, woods, streams, beaches etc away from crowds great for the soul. It's becoming harder to find in the modern world, though.
Yeh, Pinno builds amazing Technic Lego contraptions that sort balls and split atoms. Very impressive.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

As noted before, it's always worth looking the other way at sunset...1 -
I have a revamped version of this but haven't got round to filming it yet. Need lots of lights and a better camera. I might even invest in a GoPro.
