    Evening Gimps,

I now expect Birdy to be nice to us as we're paying for the lazy fecker to drink beer and shag freshers. At least we can afford hookers :)

Busy day oop North, visiting felatives and a very confused old dear, clearing out stuff and taking it to the tip etc. Managed a run along the beach to finish off. Bloody tellybox has given up the ghost so will have to get a new one tomorrow morning.

Roads were very quiet just now. Are Engerland out of the World Cup now? I heard a chorus of fuckwits chanting about it coming home.

Long drive back down South this afternoon, at least there was some football on the radio to keep me amused. The rents house is now almost looking tidy after its annual Hoovering! Got back in time to experience the stress of watching England play.

3 day week this week :)

    Evening herman gelmets,

Had enough of plaster boarding now but got more to do tomorrow. Weather has taken a turn for the better so swimming pool is getting a look in.

Got a monster truck show in the village tomorrow, not sure it'll be up to much but going for a look.

French monster trucks? That'll be a 2CV with knobbly tyres.

Off at a seminar tomorrow then one more day in the office before holiday number 1 of the summer. Ayy caramba 8)

    Morning, truckers and loafers.

Not much to report from The Promised Land. You'll all be pleased to read that I haven't been near a bike for nearly a week.
A few hours in work this morning then working from home this afternoon. We have donated a piano to the girl child's school and a man in a van has offered to deliver it for free. That is jolly decent of him. Unfortunately he is fitting it in between jobs so will be here some time between 12.30 and 6.30.

In other news I am looking for a decent yet affordable second hand hardtail frame for a mate: M or L but must have 148mm rear. Let me know if you hear of anything going for sale, eh? Good men.

Is the promise anything to do with attractive sheep?

Half a day at a tax seminar with free cooked brekkie and lunch laid on. Half a day in the office. Not bad overall :) Headed back to pick up something from the shops in Bromley to get in the EPOs good books. Then relax with a cold cider as it's bloody sweaty down in the Big Smoke.

    Evening manginas,

Redders out here so been doing awesome diy stuff, this evening was the monster truck show down the village, imagine it being the same as most maccy d car parks on a fryday night, wheel spins and handbrake turns in your mums Corsa type stuff! They did have two big monster truck type things that ran over a couple of cars but no one died so it was a bit boring!

    Morning felchers,
Bloody knackered due to waking up at stupid o'clock. Just been to the airport to collect my uncle, had to laugh at the bloke shouting into the help thing on the car park payment machine that he'd pre-paid, the price on the screen was £432! That makes for an expensive trip away. Friday for me today, need to pack my bag tonight and up early again tomorrow for a weekend on the lash in Berlin.

I usually wake up early when it gets light so bloody early. Roll on winter...

Today is my Friday, tomorrow we pack and dump the hound at his temporary home and then Saturday its time for a flight to the land of Ouzo and hummus :) Pub tonight as well 8)

    Afternoon ladyparts,

Having a right lazy day here, currently watching some lesser nations playing football and later is a small music festival at a nearby village. There may be beer involved!

So far today has involved doing nothing. I can't see that changing.

    Happy Friday, dickwads.

Sounds like a day of win for you, Angry Bird.

I am in work attempting to look busy while actually doing as little as possible. Researching places to visit and eat at in New York is the most important stealth activity today. Holiday booked for 5 days in October so need to get a bit of a schedule put together to make the most of it.

Prepping for chums that are coming for some bbq and boozes action tonight.

Closest i got to New York JBA was some military base just outside as the accommodation was cheap, mind we were on our way to Oz so our military had to try and make some savings somewhere!

Dropped dog off at his holiday home, packed and just about to order some take away to go with the nice cold bottle of plonk in the fridge. Flying to Cyprus tomorrow but thank fark its not at stupid o'clock in the morning. And guaranteed almost free of school kids, apart from the one we're bringing :)

I'm stuffed. Got to the hotel about 9-ish and went out for lots of Greek nosh. Plenty of handy bars to choose from for watching the England game tomorrow afternoon once we've done a spot of sunbathing 8)

T'was good sitting in a bar in Protaras this afternoon supping cider and watching Ingerland thump Panama. Now digesting tonight's food fest. Tomorrow is probably another day of lounging and sunning me self :)
