Morning Greeks, noshers of Greeks and assorted wastrels,
I'm still alive, but only just. Great weekend with rather a lot of beer being drunk, managed to have a bit of a look round Berlin but was finding it quite difficult to focus. I did see the inside of several bars though. Now sitting at my desk pretending to do some work before having a bit of a snooze later.

    Morning, lovers of Greek-style.

I am sat at my desk not even pretending to work. The weekend was great - bikes, boozes and barbecues - and I am not impressed at having to be here.

    Morning fetafreaks,

Blinkin redders here today but then i am used to it, been trying to reduce the amount of weeds in the garden plot but if anyone needs any help on cultivating weeds, I'm your man! Still have a mildish weekend hangover so not enjoying the gardening but a dip in the pool later will help!

I'm in Cyprus now and you just put me off my chocolate-flavoured Greek style yoghurt.

Evening Wage Slaves and bg (who works but for no wages),

Hard day by the pool, watched a bit of footy and off out for dinner in a bit. Once my two are ready - so may as well watch the other games that are on later

    Morning bumders

Today I started "working" early so I can go home early and ride bikes. Obviously I've done minimal working.

    Good day slackers,

Been out early and picked up an oil tank for my tractor, now prepping for this evenings social where i need to avoid the booze as it's been a bit Tlw1 lately.

Enjoyed the footy last night, good to see both European diving champion teams getting a workout and that Var shizzle is amazing, especially how only they can see the infringement leaving the rest of the world totally baffled!

Ps the rooster has now decided it's time to start 'pleasuring' his ladies! At least someone's getting action round here!

Evening gits (well it is here),

Avoided sunburn and even did something vaguely cultural today. Now slobbing for a while before we head out for dinner. As an added bonus, Strifey and Stropteen go home tomorrow and I'm here till Saturday. Wonder what Cypriot hookers and ditches are like? :)

Even with the later admission I’m not convinced of your opening gambit.
I’m feeling a touch less dead than I did yesterday, could do with more sleep. Went to the physio about my back yesterday and he asked how it had been over the weekend, when I told him it was giving me gyp he said it was probably my kidneys trying to escape.
Presumably TLW has no kidneys to go with the lack of liver.

    G'day bumders

Today is involving trying to get hold of my solicitor to tell him he's marginally less useful than a chocolate teapot, or something along those lines, possibly ruder. Other than that not a lot is happening.

    As you were.

Wife & kid now on a plane back to Gatwick :) Now watching the football in the pool bar. May go for a run along the sea front later, then out for a ferkin big steak and plenty of plonk. While watching more footy.

How did you wangle that Stevo?
How fookin’ tall are you Bird? Was just looking at your Storck, you must be pretty long. A cross between a stork and Big Bird?
Not a bad day for me, work was reasonably hassle free, seem to have caught some sort of lurgy though. Pub later but may cut it short as mate’s funeral tomorrow. Will be somber, then very boozy.

I wish I could claim the credit, but it was a spot of pure luck. We'd booked the holiday when Stropteen realised that she really wanted to go to the induction day for her new sixth form tomorrow (assuming she gets the grades...) and also her outgoing school prom this weekend. Rather than pack her off home on a plane, the EPO insists on going back with her, so I booked them a couple of flights back and cut short the booking on one of the rooms.

Time for steak, wine and more footy shortly :D

Dont spoil Rooster Cogburns fun. Might be the last he gets before you turn him into Coq au vin!

Sat in the pub at Larnaca airport watching Argentina get thrashed by France. I hope they do a close up on the face of that fat cheating druggie Maradona before he gets packed off home with the team :D

    Afternoon chicken phuckers,
Is bg just jealous that the rooster is getting more action than he is?
Spent the morning pottering about sorting a few bits for our holiday then up to the smoke. The Mrs had booked us on a murder mystery thing. Had to solve a variety of problems to get to find the missing Maddie. I kept telling them Officer Mule had done it but they told me I had to solve the clues. Quite a good laugh and the teenagers even enjoyed it.
Bleeding lovely out there, now chilling with a drink.

    Evening shirt hoisters!

Redders here so been lounging in the pool waiting for last nights hangover to subside, it's taking it's time!

    Evening workers and walkers,

Another day of footy based boozing, just been sleeping through the Danish game, think they need to get back to producing bacons!

    Enjoy work.

Minimal walking for me today so I got the EPO to walk for me. She moaned about it so I let her take her bicycle.
Got bloody painful sinusitis after this poxy cold so I’m being even grumpier than usual. Managed a bit of pottering and sorting stuff out including a couple of jobs at the ‘rents. Bloody glad they don’t live up north, mainly because that would make me a northerner, but also because a 3 mile drive is a lot easier.
Only a 4 day week for me then off on holiday. Woohoo!

A weekend in North Wales has been concluded.
Nice walk in ‘the countryside’ yesterday made SWMBO hot and sticky but I sorted her out cos I is a gentleman.

Family meal in a pub last night started well, descended in to annoyance due to messed up orders and forgotten items but ended up as quite a laugh because of the inefficiency of the staff. It was all a bit Fawlty Towers. Got the cost of my meal taken off the bill as a bonus.

Oh well, back to reality tomorrow. But not before I've brought Stropteen back from the party she's at tonight

    Evening wasters,

First day back at work and it all went well after a fair bit of delegation and Teflon desking in the morning. Now off him to finish off the bottle of plonk that's in the fridge :)

    Evening office based walkers,

Been doing shopping and lawn mowing in prep for our trip to the Uk, really don't fancy the trip but as ones father is in for a major op I'll get to spend time with him.

Have your sh1tty roads got any better? Or are they full of n0bhead drivers and pot holes?

Still the same, but I think France pips us for nobhead drivers.

    No he's not! He's a Greek, innit.

Evening, wrong uns and weird uns.

I have been on another bike ride this evening. It's becoming almost regular. I timed it incorrectly though and the kick-the-ball was still on the tele when I got home so I had to watch the end of the game. Those South American chappies don't seem to know all the rules of the game, do they?

Still plenty of n0bhead drivers on the roads but the recent hot weather has been causing roads to melt and start to fill in their own potholes.
