Is there a risk of any action pushing up the price of petrol? Best to limit any action to a bit of hand wringing and mild disapproval so as not to upset any voters. All whilst accusing JC of colluding with terrorists.

Given the reports coming out of the USA that the Saudis transferred $100b on the day of Pompeo’s vist, It’s fairly safe to say the Saudis own the US under the Dump admin.

For what it's worth many countries pay into the UN for similar activities. Whether you think it's more effective to give such money to the UN or the USA to stabilise a war torn nation or you think it's all just corruption is up to you.

PS the article says it's the Saudis fulfilling a previous commitment for the money.
