If you think Trump is a good bussiness man, you need to have your head checked. he's a con artist, he just runs away leaving his "businesses" a mess. Let's not even mention his foray into the steak, water and university sides lol.

    He's a blowhard.

You are right Mamba, I concede it is possible that the Secretary of State never received any classified emails at all in her time in office as none were found.
Sorry, found is not accurate is it? They were handed over after her lawyers had sifted through them.

Hardly a ringing endorsement is it?

I disagree with this, but even so, in this two horse race that is a huge endorsement

might it not be that America is nt ready for a female President and she is not wiping the floor with Trump BECAUSE she is a woman?
Given that the US has elected a black president twice, I doubt it.

Also the West is used to women leaders - the UK for example is on its second one already. (We're just waiting for the political left to catch up on gender equality  )

I doubt many Americans bar the 'woolly liberals' look across the pond at current and previous female leaders.
USA is the hub of the Universe, the rest of the world is just a curiosity.

(not that it would be much different in some sink estates in the UK but there seems to be a plethora of them over there)

Even if they don't, fact of the matter is that HC is still in the lead in the polls.

The UK left has a bit of catching up to do - maybe they should be looking to the US for a bit of inspiration?

I'm not sure that's necessarily the case.

Being openly racist against african-americans is just not accepted by the vast majority and any candidate doing so would be to commit political suicide.

Given Trump had to talk about committing sexual violence and possibly rape himself ("I just kiss them - i can get away with it, grab 'em by the p*ssy") before most people were shocked (and many still weren't), it's not the same.

The racial equivalents of "Hilary KFC special" and 'Trump that b!tch" buttons would never be made by a campaign. They are being made by Trump.

But Bud, thats not what you said "Ed Snowdon probably did less damage to the government than Clinton and he has to hide out in Russia while she gets to be POTUS :? " so what secrets? i ve read nothing.

if she received Gov secrets to her own private email address, wtf were these people doing replying and send emails to a non US gov email domain? and if she sent emails into the gov network, then Gov security should have stopped them.

jeez i work for a middle of the road IT outfit and have trouble receiving/sending stuff i need for my job, once you start going into MOD/Gov networks, forget it.

if she could receive and send into a secure network, then other people gave her that access, unless you think HC is an IT guru?

to me, she gets all this crap because she is a woman and thats all there is to it.

Exactly the same problems exist there that exist here. For Trump fans look no further than Leave voters.

    Racist
    Nationalist
    Thick
    Left behind
    Ignorant
    Lacking any type of knowledge
    Easily led
    Against the establishment

Those should cover all the bases, combinations of one or more of the above.

The American Election campaigns are dumbed down so much that they have naff all in the way of politics in them. With all the politics out you can see people simply being led by the soundbites they like best coming out of the mouth of the person they like the most saying them.

We're heading that way in this country, just look at the Brexit campaigns.

I think it is extremely difficult to underestimate the sheer numbers of thick, ignorant people that there are. If this wasn't true it would not be able to conduct campaigns with so little actual politics in them.

I think people who don't understand the issues involved should never be able to vote, not in a world where the media influences so much. In the case of Brexit for example, I believe there should have been a short multiple choice questionnaire on the workings of the European Union, where if you scored more than 75% you could vote and if you didn't you would be told to go home and not allowed to vote.

Of course, this will never happen, but I have no doubt that the US Election is a joke in itself and this kind of screening would be one way to make any election campaigns be forced to actually talk politics as the people voting would be those who understand the basics of the politics.

Clearly presidential candidates expressing those sorts of attitudes is going to kill off their chances of being elected.

I'm talking about the attitudes of voters - racist voters are unlikely to have voted for Obama. But he got in twice. HC is ahead in the polls so that tells me that being female is not that big an issue with US voters either. IMO other things are - such as the issues with confidential emails and the Bill Clinton legacy which is why she isn't miles ahead of what is clearly a massive liability in the form of Trump.

I listen to the USAnian Mark Maron WTF podcast. WTF as in the well known saying. Several months ago, before our EU vote, he was musing on the US presidential campaign and der Drumpf. His thesis was Trump attracts the Fxxx It voter, those P-ed off with their life situations for whatever reasons, don't see they have anything to lose, recognise Trump for what he is, a total bellend, and say Fxxx it, I'll vote for him anyway.

Same situation here. Leaving aside the 10% Kipper nutjobs and fellow travellers, a significant proportion of the Leave vote was exactly that, a Fxxx It 2 fingers up to 'the Establishment'. I've had that conversation with several Leave voters, who in their own ways confirm this Vote Against The Establishment. One or 2 already starting to realise, too late, just what Leave will mean to their own life chances.

Who said universal suffrage was a good idea when put into such a dumbass Y/N single question.

And UK is in a worse position now than the US should Trump win. His presidential role would be so constrained by the forces of sanity even in the Republicans than the damage he could wreak would be limited. Meanwhile, UK is now screwed, the only argument being by how much and for how long.

Couldn't agree more. Those who voted against the establishment on the whole will be left behind anyway, more so when there's even less money swishing around. At least the soup kitchens will see a huge uplift.

There is a cracking clip doing the rounds of Robert de Niro expressing his thoughts on der Drumpf. Fair to say he is not a fan.

Was sent a link on farcebook and not being a pre-teenager have no clue how to include a link from that. However Google is your friend. Seek it out, is a good 'un.

Hmm. Know your enemy, think how he thinks, use his language.

I'm of the opinion that RdN's language is pitched precisely at the redneck Fxxx It, Vote Trump voter. Given we are into personality politics, not what you say matters but how you say it, right back atcha der Drumpf.

to me, she gets all this crap because she is a woman and thats all there is to it.

No way of knowing what she had, over a dozen electronic devices have gone missing.

    Consider this scenario:-

A 70s pop star who dressed in sparkly gear, lets call him Barry Bitter. The police knock on his door as they suspect he may have kiddy porn on his computers. They ask him to sort through his files and let them have the images that he thinks they may be interested in.
Some time later he hands the files over and the police find very little to incriminate him. During Barry's subsequent interview he says he can't remember anything and has lost a dozen devices that could hold images.
Police decide that he has been reckless with his surfing habits but decide not to prosecute.

A thorough investigation? Seems to be as thorough as the one into HC emails.

You are right about the security services being lax in not stopping the practice.
But it was her system dealing with all of her electronic mail. Are we to believe that the 4th(?) most powerful politician in the US received no classified email?
She claims to have lost about a dozen devices. This is the SoS here, who apparently can't keep track of her phones with god knows what on them.
2 devices were apparently destroyed by a hammer. You work in IT Mamba, how many of your colleagues think the correct protocol for decommissioning equipment is to take a hammer to it and not return it to be cleansed?
But there again HC says she can't remember any security briefings.
There is a stench that follows the Clintons.

I accept you point about your difficulty in accessing MOD networks if that has been your experience. Would be silly of me otherwise, as that is your field of expertise.

a very good opinion from the NYT here about the emotional wilderness that Trump occupies
    http://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/11/opini ... -life.html?
The clock's counting down, any other job he was applying for HR would have a field day, poll numbers dropping, Ryan concentrating on the senate and the house and not campaigning for trump. Having seen Pastor Pence's defence of donald today, where he talks about the repentance in donald's heart and how we should all forgive him as god would do, you can only hope he too is banished to the political wilderness he came from before being used by donald for right wing religious vote purposes.

Briebart news trumps mouthpiece in the US are dropping hints in some of it's readers comments that a news channel is colluding with Clintons campaign to drop a story about Trump, rape and an underage girl in New York

    Quote "HEADS UP TRUMP SUPPORTERS:

I have reason to believe the Clinton campaign is coordinating with the MSM to push a false narrative that Trump raped an under age girl in order to steal the election. By the time it is debunked Hillary will be in the White House and we will have been outmanuevered by crooks.

Please get the world out about this so if or when this attack materializes people realize it is just the Clinton/MSM slime machine out of desperation in the last weeks of the election throwing it to Hillary. It is imperative that you DO NOT FALL FOR THIS RUSE. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD."

Correct. An Obama appointed judge in Hillarys New York district has 3 anonymous "Jane Does" supposedly filing these false accusations. They are now hesitant. Every time they try to accuse DJT he gets stronger support. Not sure if these charges will be filed at this point.

    stay tuned
