I like this, I like it a lot..

    SNJ01XXBLK-Product-H116-Front_SMALL

the sky logo's yuk. rest of it is nice. last year they did a number of fan jerseys, but they had Sky on them. if they'd have done them without, theyd have sold loads more!

    Indeed

On the plus side this'll be the last year they have to do that.....

Would that not defeat the purpose of a Team Sky fan jersey?

yes. but the idea of having a Ghent/ Spanish/ Belgium/Italian etc themed jersey is probably a better for those of us that actually don't like team Sky. I'd never wear anything by them if it had a sky logo on. never been a fan though have been a fan of riders that have ridden for them ( Cav/ Eisel/ Wiggins Etc).

Tbh, if I was Adam Yates, I'd be looking over at Majka going "bet you wish they'd just left your bike too, eh?"

I don't think the Orica sponsorship relationship with Scott is quite the same as with other teams and sponsors.

I'm really partial to one in the BZ colour scheme as well. The last pic is huge by the way if you click on it as "open image in a new tab". Can view the details that way.

"The 100% carbon shoe to be used by Team GB riders, were first spotted when Sir Bradley Wiggins turned up with those shoes in a local time trial race. Manufactured by a small American company, Simmons Racing, the shoe was definitely designed without ventilation or comfort in mind. Designed to be aerodynamically-efficient and light, each shoe is custom-fitted through heat-moulding."

"Simmons Racing announced that the model will be available at a cost of $2,000 and can be customized for each athlete, just like the British team. A semi-custom model will be offered for $ 950. Nice!"

  • New kit supplier for Team Sky, anyone?

DHB and Wiggle are in the running, so I hear

And BC should be announcing their new sponsor replacing Sky next year, after Rio

Did Nike get burnt so much with LA that they will never return in a big way? Surely SKY would be a great match for them

Last I heard Coca Cola was front runner to replace Sky @ BC. But I'm a bit out of touch on that front.

Have you read much about the various activities of 'oh look, Justin Gatlin's just finished his ban, lets get him back on our books and give him a nice fat contract' Nike? No?

No, a Nike sponsorship deal for Sky would not play out well at all.
