Fan mail:
“The most popular is Valverde with 123 letters, second is Rui Costa, even if he’s abandoned, and third is [Alberto] Contador (Tinkoff-Saxo), fourth is Chris Froome (Team Sky) and fifth is [Jean-Christophe] Péraud (Ag2R La Mondiale),” Sylvain Fourre of Docapost told Cyclingnews.

Also, be honest, how much of Contador's fan mail comes from you?0 -
He's tough though, he got back on his bike and got back straight into it. He's a Welshman. That says it all.

Sky need to upgrade their phones...imagine all that extra weight they have to carry around with them. Seriously missing some marginal gains there...

Looks like his Kenya editions. It's not so much about winning, I just hate losing.0 -

Ridiculous their hotel isn't air conditioned. I'd not get any sleep whatsoever if it was 30 degrees in the room.0 -
Maurienne Valley getting ready for the tour to arrive...
Who left my bike in France? (bottom pic!) I've just had to go and check it's still in the garage, similar bottle cages, same (crap) saddle bag - for which both of us should apologise!.
Guilty as charged. I plead the self sufficiency card.
Frenchfighter pics show now as I uploaded them elsewhere as the other place was rubbish!0 -

You would if you'd been racing 200km a day for the past 2 weeks.0 -
And MTN were staying in the same hotel. Except they brought their own air-con.
Perhaps if Uncle Oleg had not spunked 12M Euro on Sagan then they might have been able to prepare for the race as well as a pro-conti wildcard invite.Team My Man 2018: David gaudu, Pierre Latour, Romain Bardet, Thibaut pinot, Alexandre Geniez, Florian Senechal, Warren Barguil, Benoit Cosnefroy0 -

That's ridiculous, they shouldn't have to put up with this, it's totally draining.
Maybe they could bring their own portable Air Con units, no wait....... what about their own motor homes with built in Air Con
Doesn't sound like such a bad idea now does it0 -

Interesting point to note. The FKWs kit of choice this year seems to be MTN Qhubeka. Seen more of these kits than any other since the weekend. Closely followed by BMC (worn by people riding BMC bikes). Very few of full French team kits on show, but the odd jersey.
I would like to add that this survey is by no way scientific!0 -

Like the MTN kit, and like the team, but then again i'm a newcastle united supporter... for my sins i have an etixxx top from this season, though it doesn't have the boonen/ Cav rainbow stripes...0 -

Has the white bits of your frame gone creamy white? Apparently Wilier offered a warranty frame swap but my LBS closed down and I didn't get in quick enough. I was offered a measly 10% off a replacement frame.0 -

One for FF perhaps

Isn't that a bit of the problem with lots of the teams and TSaxo in particular - why get a wannabe Michelin haute cuisine chef to run a pasta canteen for riders? Get someone who has spent years learning about elite athlete's requirements, sports diets, physiology, nutrition, not someone who has learnt (the equally tough) skills required for top notch gastronomy. It's very cool to have an ex-Heston and ex-Redzepi trained chef - but is it the best for getting those guys a little bit quicker up the hills?0 -

Surely the team nutritionist is responsible for what they eat and how much? It's the chef's job to make it tasty, therefore does it hurt to get a chef who has worked in top restaurants?0 -

Well I reckon they'll be less "bad" than Froome, given, you know, he's rubbish this Tour.0 -
I bet the "picky" rider now on another team is Roche
my brother in law is Irish, and he has to have potatoes with everything :P0 -
