    Its a hard one to call. City need to be city and play to their strengths. The last thing Pelligrini needs to do is think he can get clever and do a Chelski and park the bus. Its not City's strength or style.

    On the other hand if they go all Arsenal and leave Barca with space they ll get walloped. It really is an interesting game and I don't think the two recent domestic league results of both clubs will have any bearing.

    I don't know why you are glad ( cityboy) that Ya Ya isn't playing. If any player with his head right could control that game then its him. I can see Barca fouling the shite outta Silva. I just hope You've got the same personnel who can do a similar job on Messi.

    Looking forward to this one, defo going to be a defining moment of Pelligrini's tenure.

    I did say "may" be a blessing in disguise, Tim. He's banned anyway so it is a bit of a moot point.

    Yaya was missing for the last couple of CL games and playing two defensives mids and one up front worked better for us against Roma and Bayern. We can't afford to be too gungho against Barca or we're in trouble. Keep it tight and perhaps look for a bit of magic from Aguero (or even Fat Frank!) and I'd take a 1-0. Although I'd be amazed if we keep a clean sheet!
    Statistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.

    Did we think just because we hadn't drawn a European superteam in the last 16 we could put in zero effort combined with zero creativity and that would do it.

    Well we got just what we deserved. Whats the point of keep qualifying for the CL if every year we are going to feck it up at this stage and look like a bunch of pricks doing so.

    I am pissed off beyond words at that. Thank god I didn't book the day off work and pay the near £150 the round trip to the emirates would have cost me to watch that shower of shite.

    Can Arsenal play like they did against Dortmund some while ago by any chance in the return leg? At least they can go into the next fixture and attack it as they have nothing to loose, which is the only style they are any good at.
